1. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange or return, please ensure that:
- The request is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, and packaging (branded bags) are intact and included.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange unless a defective or incorrect item was delivered.
2. Exchange Policy
If you have a size issue or wish to switch to a different design/color:
- Size/Design Swap: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, we can offer an alternative product of equal value.
- Shipping Charges: For standard size changes, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to send the item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the new size.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in our quality control, but mistakes can happen.
- If you receive a damaged product or the wrong order (incorrect color/size), please notify our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the issue.
- In such cases, Red Signature will bear all return and replacement shipping charges.
4. Refund Policy
- We offer refunds primarily in the form of a Store Credit voucher that you can use for future purchases.
- Cash Refunds are only applicable if the item delivered was defective/damaged and a replacement is unavailable in stock.
- Once your return parcel is received and inspected, approved cash refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3 to 5 working days.
